What is an “Advisory Network”

Segue Real Estate Advisors learned many years ago through thousands of closed transactions there is no such thing as one person or organization that can provide all the needed expertise across the many disciplines in a real estate transaction for a Client. In order to provide the highest professional service, most often there is a collaboration between a Client’s “Trusted Advisor” (Attorney, Accountant, Banker etc.) and the Real Estate professional providing one of many services. We understand this and provide in-house expertise where applicable and also have strong working relationships with providers of services we work with. Examples are when Engineers, Architects, Developers and so on may be needed. In the case of Real Estate services, we always work with the top of field experts in their given specialties and geographies to deliver the best results for our clients.
