Prior to creating Segue Real Estate Advisors, Kevin joined Meridian Realty as a partner and Managing Director, bringing his 35 years of professional service to his clients in both commercial real estate and mortgage financing. For the previous 10 years, he represented the international real estate firm of Newmark Knight Frank and co-founded the Wine Services Group, a specialty group representing a full range of real estate services to the wine industry.

Prior to re-entering the commercial real estate industry in 2009, Kevin founded and managed a mortgage company in Sonoma County. During his 14 years in the mortgage industry, he developed many relationships with national & regional banks and private lenders that he continues to work with today.

Properties recently sold and leased include restaurants, industrial, office, wineries and vineyard estate properties with many pending and future sales of land for resort development, a major downtown Santa Rosa landmark mixed use building, several apartment development sites, a lodge with event center and a winery.
