Mr. Loomis is CEO and Owner of North Bay Real Estate Services Inc, a fully integrated real estate company operating under the business names Segue Real Estate Advisors, Platinum Real Estate Advisors, Platinum Mortgage Advisors, Platinum Realty, and Platinum Private Capital. He is Broker of record and Co-Owner of Innovative Capital Concepts, a company offering contract of sales opportunities to underserved markets. Previously he was broker of record and Co-Owner of an Alain Pinel Realtor franchise and Managing Member of Vista Realty Fund, LLC, a fix and flip fund.

Mr. Loomis focuses his business practice on creating wealth through real estate ownership and investing. He draws upon 31 years of real estate experience in conventional financing, commercial financing, multifamily lending, private money, trust deed investing, real estate acquisitions, real estate sales and rehabbing properties for resale to provide comprehensive advice to his clients during the property selection and acquisition phase, arranging acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring analysis during the holding period and ultimately the sale strategy.

During his 31 year career, Mr. Loomis has held origination positions, mid-level and senior level management positions for boutique, regional and national lenders and banks. He has owned and operated his own mortgage bank, mortgage brokerage and real estate firms. This varied experience provides a unique perspective of the industry and exposure to a wide variety of financing solutions covering several market cycles.

Mr. Loomis received an MBA from Golden Gate University in Personal Financial Planning and a BA from Sonoma State University in Business with an Accounting emphasis. He currently holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, and NMLS lender endorsement License. He is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, California Association of Mortgage Professionals, California Mortgage Association and American Association of Private Lenders.
