We represent Buyers & Sellers on transactions ranging from the sale or purchase of a personal residence or second home to acquiring corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities anywhere in the United States.

Additionally, we have sold several wineries and vineyards both conventionally and by utilizing an auction option. These transactions require unique skills and only a handful of companies and individuals have the skills needed to complete these transactions.

Tenant and Landlord representation without conflicting interests other local firms deal with on a daily basis. Market knowledge is critical for this aspect of our brokerage business and is based on extensive research, completed leases by our agents and two decades of historical perspective. This accumulated knowledge enables us to negotiate from a position of strength while representing both Landlord and Tenant.

Value During Tough Economic Times

Our Advisors have worked through the Savings & Loan recession, the Y2K technical recession and the most recent “Great Recession” of 2009. The experience gained from all three major economic disruptions will greatly benefit our clients when the next recession arrives. It may not be upon us now, but it certainly will arrive and be recognized as such by the end of 2023.
